Our hiring process

At TRG our hiring process is simple and consistent. Once you have applied either via our Careers page or on our other employment avenues, successful applicants will be interviewed over the phone and will be required to complete a skills test. The next stage of our hiring process is a face to face interview. We will then do a reference check and finally an offer will be made.

We welcome graduates

At TRG we believe that first opportunities in the industry can be the most important for someone’s career.
