Dan Murphy’s 277^th store, located at The Village shopping centre in Bacchus Marsh, this vibrant new space is designed to serve and support the needs of the growing community with mall presence as well as adjacent direct to boot parking services. Offering a wide range of local favourites to add a personal touch.

TRG were initially engaged by the developer in May of 2023 with a proposal to put a Dan Murphy’s inside the existing shopping mall. We were entrusted with developing the project from concept design, through town planning, tending and negotiation of contracts, and finally construction documentation from the developer’s side. TRG also worked closely with the planning and construction team from Endeavour Group to provide fitout documentation.
