Lidl - UK

The TRG team has been honoured and privileged to collaborate with Lidl on their expansion across the UK. This work was conducted under the banner of Bee Architects (Tudor Radulescu). 

Since 2019, we have embarked on more than 20 Lidl store projects throughout England, Scotland, and Wales, involving hundreds of meetings and thousands of miles travelled, all contributing to our creative output. Our contributions were made as part of the main contractor team, providing drawings, details, and information crucial for meeting the Building Regulations during the construction phases.

Moreover, we have enhanced the efficiency of our technical solutions by ensuring the capability to analyse and optimise the plans we oversee. Overall, this has resulted in improved outcomes, with reduced costs and enhanced durability of the final structures. We also consistently produced drawings to aid in Planning Applications and Permissions as well as for Party Wall Surveyors’ reports and communications with the Environment Agency. Typically, our engagements involve new builds, refurbishments, or changes of use. Despite the variety of projects, ranging from standard to complex challenges, we consistently collaborate closely with the main contractor to fulfil all requirements punctually and to the highest standards.
