An Award winning extension and renovation to an existing Ritchies IGA in Balnarring, integrating both supermarket and liquor store services into a cohesive user-friendly design. The goal for TRG was to create a space to exceed the needs of the community and enhance shopping experience with modern and inviting interior design elements building a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. Ritchies Balnarring was recognised at the 2025 annual IGA Expo with the National Transformation Award.

We designed the incorporation of energy-efficient refrigeration systems and sustainable materials are two key features of the sustainability planning for the store, clearly defined sections create flow and ensure intuitive navigation is possible for a pleasant shopping experience, a spacious, well-lit and open feeling fresh produce section to provide a market style experience.

The build also includes spaces for local events and collaborations, fostering neighbourhood and community initiative support.
