This Ikea Plan and Order Point is a new concept store and the first of it's kind in Western Australia. It is a place for planning, organising, and inspiration that provides customers with the look and feel experience of what is available from Ikea without needing to visit the major store itself. The Plan and Order Point offers ordering for pick-up from store, or home delivery.

TRG provided the retail design experience required for the successful delivery of the new compact store concept. Through our deeply collaborative process we were able to develop custom tailoring to the specific needs of the flagship concept development for Ikea. Together we have been able to take into account site details and analysis to create further opportunities to extend the services and reach of Ikea within an existing retail centre that is located physically some distance from the nearest stand-alone store.

Interior design was coordinated with Ikea's global team where communication and transparency has been crucial to the successful delivery according to core values, branding, and vision within the program.
